Our Services

01

Youth Based Projects

Looking for someone to help build, recruit, and/or manage an exciting new youth initiative? We specialize in collaborating with organizations eager to engage young people in innovative and impactful ways. This may include fellowships, internships, project-based educational programs, constructive dialogues, and other opportunities designed to provide transformative, community-based experiences for everyone involved.

02

Intergenerational Intiatives

We believe that democracy works best when everyone has a seat at the table. This means engaging youth in traditionally adult spaces, particularly when decisions are being made that impact them directly. We work with organizations, businesses, and entities to create meaningful intergenerational partnerships. We are ready to help train and support adults and young people, and can facilitate workshops and conversations at each stage of development.

03

Project Strategy

With nearly two decades leading departments and programs, we are excited to help bring a dream for a new civic initiative to fruition. We are available to consult on concept, develop strategy, and even help with recruitment and implementation. We have a network of youth leaders across the country, a deep connection to the civic learning and civic engagement community, and a passion for leveraging those resources to help grow the field.

04

Civic Education for All Ages

We are committed to creating quality civic learning and engagement opportunities for people of all ages.

Looking to create and/or provide basic or in-depth education around policy, citizen-engagement, or dialogue across dialogue to your staff or community? We can help with that, too.

We approach our work with the following values:

  1. Our choices and actions are guided by intentionality and purpose, ensuring we stay aligned with our core values.

  2. We foster a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and development.

  3. We celebrate the power of diversity, recognizing that unique perspectives and experiences enrich our work.

  4. We are committed to transformation, challenging the status quo to drive positive change.

  5. Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of our success.

  6. We believe young people are essential to our democracy and deserve an active in shaping the future.

  7. Hope fuels our progress, motivating us to dream big and turn those dreams into reality.
